Terms & conditions

Last updated May 2026

1. Agreement

These terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Your Tour Plan(the “Service”) provided by TurnKey I.T Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy.

2. The Service

Your Tour Plan is a web application for organising live events: travel planning, itineraries, guest and crew lists, promoter advancing, and related workflows. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or withdraw functionality where we reasonably believe it improves security, compliance, or the overall product.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by teammates you invite. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, to harass others, or to distribute malware;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent;
  • scrape or harvest data from the Service at scale except through documented APIs we provide;
  • misrepresent your identity, forge headers, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service and to comply with law.

We retain all rights in the Service, branding, and software. Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Third-party services

Optional integrations (for example travel booking connectivity) may be subject to third-party terms and fees. Your relationship with those providers is separate; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance unless we are required to obtain separate consent under law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer in your home country.
